Inspire others to be the best version of themselves.
You have this ability and you know how important inspiration is at this point in the time continum. We need inspiration more then ever before in our lives.
The truth is inspiration and the ability to inspire comes from surrounding ourselves with others who share our beliefs. People are attracted to each other because of many factors and a similar belief system is absolutely one of these factors. We see this in business as well as in our personal lives.
If you want to inspire others (or find inspiration for yourself) I would encourage you to take some time to identify your core beliefs. This may also be an exercise in getting to know your core values. Once you have identified 3 or 4 of these beliefs I would then encourage you to reflect on how you are living by what should be your guiding principles.
It is amazing to me how easy things tend to be when we are living by our values. Things just seem to line up as a result. The opposite is also true.
People can feel as if they are going backwards or swimming in circles when their behavior is out of sync with who they really are. And in a lot of cases people feel cut off and misunderstood by others when they are not in line with their core beliefs. This is because we are surrounding ourselves with people who do not share our core beliefs at these times.
If you want to connect deeply with others you have to first find some time to connect deeply with yourself. Reflecting on what matters most to you (and being honest about whether or not your feet are both pointed in the right direction) is a way that you can get to the core of who you are.
